- The Senate Historian will work alongside the Speaker to ensure that all documents of the Undergraduate Senate are present in the official binder. The Historian will also be tasked with creating a means of digitizing all previous documents to maintain an online database. They will work with the Communications Director to find a way to publish all these documents. Other responsibilities may be given depending on what occurs during the session. Time commitment will range from 1-3 hours per week.
- Legislative & Advocacy Director
- The Legislative & Advocacy Director will work alongside the Speaker to increase the efficiency of the Undergraduate Senate's advocacy. The Legislative & Advocacy Director will be responsible for supporting the Speaker's and Senator's advocacy goals by connecting Senators to university officials, creating progress reports, and helping ensure the Undergraduate Senate is working towards its goals laid out in the Legislative Agenda. Time commitment will range from 2-5 hours per week.
