Judicial Board

The Judicial Board interprets and enforces the organization’s Governing Documents—the rules that define its structure and procedures. The Board resolves questions about these rules and investigates alleged violations. Its decisions on interpreting student government rules are final, ensuring checks and balances on the Executive and Legislative branches.

Board Composition:

The Judicial Board consists of five students:

Two (2) appointed by the Speaker of the Undergraduate Senate
Two (2) appointed by the President
One (1) Chair, jointly appointed by the Speaker and President

All appointments are confirmed by the Undergraduate Senate.
